Fedrok AG Partners with TechXEarthSpace to Tokenize Underground CO₂ Carbon Credits

Fedrok AG, a leading blockchain company headquartered in Switzerland, has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with TechXEarthSpace, a pioneering climate technology company based in Bangalore, to create and trade tokenized carbon credits derived from advanced underground CO₂ removal and storage technologies.

The agreement marks a breakthrough in the voluntary carbon market as the two parties combine the strengths of TechXEarthSpace’s groundbreaking CO₂ storage technology with Fedrok AG’s dedicated Level 1 blockchain platform – the world’s first platform built for tokenized carbon credit trading.

“We are bringing transparency and trust to the carbon market by connecting verified credits to real-world storage technology,” said Dr. Philip Blazdell, CEO of Fedrok AG.

TechXEarthSpace leverages proprietary solutions such as direct air capture, geofracturing, and AI-driven CO₂ injection protocols to ensure verifiable and permanent carbon removal.

“Through tokenization, we are expanding traceability and liquidity for carbon credits – enabling global investors to participate in a high-quality decarbonization journey,” said Dr. Manjunath, CTO of TechXEarthSpace.

Under the MoU, Fedrok AG will be responsible for tokenizing, verifying, and placing carbon credits on its proprietary blockchain exchange, bringing transparent and tradable carbon assets to ESG investors and international businesses.

The initial pilot initiatives will be deployed in sedimentary basins in southern India, with the expectation of rapid scale-up in the coming years.
